How do I order a sign?

To start, fill out the Sign Inquiry Form with as much detail as possible. If you are unsure of certain details, we can work with you to make suggestions and determine your unique needs. After reviewing your inquiry form, we will follow up via email with a ballpark estimate (if requested), as well as an invoice for the design deposit. The design deposit reserves time for your project in our schedule, and it is credited toward your final invoice. However, it is non-refundable should you choose to discontinue your project at any time. After receiving your deposit we will begin drawing and deliver initial concepts for your project within the agreed upon timeline. 

How long will it take to receive my sign? 

Production time depends on both the size and scope of your project. As a general rule, we recommend submitting the inquiry form at least 2 months before your ideal completion date. Having adequate production time ensures that our priorities can be met- like a successful design, attention to detail, and quality construction. That being said, if you have realized “last minute” that you need signage for your business -don’t hesitate!- go ahead and submit an inquiry form. Sometimes we have openings in the schedule and may be able to accommodate your needs. We do charge a rush fee for anything that is requested to be delivered in less than 30 business days.

How much does a custom, hand-painted sign cost?

Pricing will take many different factors into account. How big will this sign or mural be? Will it be painted in-house on a panel, or painted directly on a wall? Will this be an exterior or interior sign? Is the design simple or complex? Does the design process incur more than the included (3) rounds of adjustments? Please note- If you express a specific budget you would like to work within, we can often design to suit.
